Operation method and steps
Before use, you should pay attention to whether the instrument is in the calibration cycle.
1.Turn on the main power switch (IO) at the same time, the transmission lighting power switch (IO), the transmission lighting power switch (IO) and the reflected lighting switch.
2.Place the workload on the worktable and within the reflected illumination spot. If it is a small workpiece, use a pad or spacer as a support to adjust the focus. At this time, an image of the work surface appears on the screen.
3.Depending on the size of the workpiece, the lens barrel of the reflective condenser can be rotated to change the size of the light spot on the workpiece. When the light shift becomes smaller, the image of the workpiece will be brighter.
4. Hold the у-axis handwheel with your left hand and the х-axis handwheel with your right hand, and keep your eyes on the projection screen. After the workpiece is clear and flat, you can perform measurement work.

Profile measurement
1.Press the standard enlarged image on the projection screen with four elastic pressing plates.
2. Place the workpiece on the workbench, adjust the focus, and move the workbench to make the part image and the enlarged image register.
3.If the deviation of the workpiece image and the enlarged image is within the tolerance zone, it is qualified, and the deviation value can be measured with х and у coordinates.
4.Using standard glass with a grid value of 0.5mm, the working ruler directly measures the size of the working image on the screen, (measured by the number of х and у coordinates less than the grid value) divided by the multiple of the objective lens to be the measured size of the workpiece.

Dual coordinate measurement
1. The workload is on the workbench, and the objective lens with higher magnification is selected to adjust the focus.
2. The projection screen rotates to zero alignment, that is, the short white line on the screen frame is aligned with the zero mark
3. Adjust the measured direction of the workpiece to be parallel to the measuring axis.
4. Move the workbench and align one end of the measured length with the vertical engraved force coordinate value on the screen to zero.
5. Move the force axis so that the other end of the work is aligned with the vertical engraved line, and the displayed value of the force axis is the size of the workpiece.
Single coordinate measurement
1. Rotate the zero line of the projection screen to align with the zero mark
2.The workpiece is placed on the worktable, select a higher magnification objective lens and adjust the focus
3.Adjust the measured direction of the workpiece to be parallel to the х and у axis respectively.
4.Move the х and у workers as the table, so that the two points of the workpiece image are aligned with the focus of the engraved line, and the х, у digital display window is cleared.
5. Move the worktable again to align the two points on the image of the workpiece with the intersection of the engraved lines. At this time, the displayed value is the measured value on one side. The displayed value is the measured value on the other side.
Angle measurement:
1.The workload is on the workbench, and the objective lens is selected according to the size of the part to adjust the focus.
2.Adjust the vertex of the measured angle to the center of the engraved line of the projection screen.
3.Rotate the projection screen, align any line with one side of the measured angle, and clear the angle value to zero.
4.Put the rotating projection screen again to align the engraved line on the other side of the measured angle. At this time, the angle quantity value is the measured angle value 0
5.The 30°, 60°, 90° or 45°, 90°...(accuracy of 1′) formed by the engraved line of the projection screen can be used as a comparative angle measurement

1.The instrument should be placed in a clean and dry room, the room temperature is 20°C ± 5°C, and the temperature is lower than 60%
2.The surface of the instrument should be kept clean and clean. The surface of the optical parts should be wiped with a cotton cloth to wipe the dust.
3.When not in use, turn off the power at hand.
